Paddock start

The participants of the starting block Elite will start from the starting field (gross time). The jury can decide about the top Elite athletes who start in a reserved section in front of the Elite starting block.
The participants of the following starting blocks assemble on foot in the waiting paddocks alongside the starting field and, from there, will go into the starting field in groups. They put on their skis there and start individually as soon as they are ready. Please do not deposit the skis, put on the skis or put the skis on the ground while you are in the paddocks. From Elite A and the following starting blocks, each runner's starting time is taken individually upon crossing the starting line (chip time measuring).
ATTENTION: Only double-poling allowed up to starting line. No skating!
