Dynamic, Custom Training Plans
There are no cure-alls in training. A training plan which works for a professional cannot just be transferred as is to an amateur athlete. Not even to the training programme of another professional. What is good for one person is perhaps too much for the next person - or even too little.
That’s why 2PEAK training plans work differently. Here you are the standard. Every workout is computed on the basis of your own personal ability to regenerate. The goal is for you to feel fresh enough for the key workouts which establish the fundamental training stimuli. Because only when you have sufficiently recovered can the workouts be effective and thus result in training progress. Your regeneration status can be visualised on 2PEAK by way of a battery. A full battery means: You are ready for hard training stimuli. An empty battery means: You need to recover first before your next hard workout. You always have the battery in sight and can adjust it if your perceived tiredness is different from that displayed. This way, the system learns with you.
Individual Regeneration Times
Through your feedback – ideally with the support of tangible data from training tools which measure heartbeat, pace and/or performance – your 2PEAK plan dynamically adapts to your personal ability to regenerate in real time. This technology is unique with a patent pending by 2PEAK. Since you can adapt your training times precisely to your own time budget, a 100 % personalised training plan can be computed based exclusively on your goals and your time budget. The basic training mechanisms implemented in this system come from the most recent scientific findings and are constantly backed and further honed thanks to the data collected from participating athletes - from the novice to the professional.
The 2PEAK plan shows how truly flexible it is when something unforeseen occurs - i.e. when day to day life carries over into your training programme. Regardless of whether you have to cancel your workout due to family or work, whether you’re suddenly able to take advantage of some free time or whether your weekly routine changes: The 2PEAK plan will adapt to the new situation at any time within a matter seconds, thereby keeping your goal in sight for you.
With 2PEAK, you can also prepare for more than one competition. The competition or competitions can even be in another sport if you want (e.g. running for cyclists). 2PEAK will then integrate the workouts from two sports such that you can prepare for both in a goal-oriented manner.
How do the training plans work? Dynamic training plan, computed daily
Here you can register for your dynamic training plan and use it 21 days for free. After setting your individual parameters, your time budget, your goal(s) an individual training plan is calculated for you. After every workout log, the plan is checked to see if any adjustments are necessary and if so, the entire plan is re-computed.
