Young people at the Start

Cross-country skiing for the young

Young cross-country skiers are the future of the Engadin Skimarathon.

In order to attract as many young movement enthusiasts as possible to participate in the Engadin Half Marathon, young people aged 15 and 16 have been starting for free since 2010.

School classes at the start

The «School classes at the start» project is intended to motivate school classes to take part in the Engadin Half Marathon or the Engadin Skimarathon. The project encourages young people to move more in terms of health and prevention. The focus is on the group experience and not the rating. The project gives teachers the opportunity to carry out a meaningful movement and adventure project with little effort. Students and teachers start for free or at a reduced price.

Base Engadin Nordic

The Engadin Skimarathon has been supporting the Engadin Nordic base since its foundation in 1994 with an annual contribution. In addition, the base in the marathon village receives a free advertising platform.
