FAQ
23rd Engadin Women's Race
1. How can I register and what is the entry fee?
Entry fee
The amount of the entry fee depends on the time of receipt of payment.
Engadin Women's Race | CHF |
until February 15th | 60.00 |
from February 16th | 80.00 |
2. How will the division into the starting blocks be done can I start in another starting block?
Start block division
The division into the starting blocks is based on the existing qualification time of the last two events.
First-time participants who provide proof of performance (Swiss Loppet or Worldloppet) can be divided into a front starting block. This also applies to participants who have not started at the Engadin Skimarathon for more than two years. Squad members must enclose a certificate of squad membership with their registration.
Note: It may happen that certain starting blocks are fully booked. In this case, you will be assigned to the next free starting block.
Change of start block
For changing to a different start block, a request must be submitted with the online form, after registration and receival of the entry fee. The allocation is made by the organizer and participants will be informed accordingly. Those who wish to start in a rear starting block can do so at any time and do not have to report this in advance.
In principle, no requests will be processed for existing qualifications from participations in the past two years of competition. In this case, the qualification is determined by the results. Due to cancellations in 2020 and 2021, a change of starting wave can be requested, provided that participation in another Swiss Loppet or Worldloppet race took place in 2020 or 2021.
When requesting a starting wave change after the starting bib has been allocated, a processing fee of CHF 40.00 will be charged. The first starting bib allocation will take place at the beginning of January and then continuously thereafter.
